Level 2 S&S Yoga invites you to continue your yoga journey by adding new skills such as arm balances, deeper backbends, splits & inversions into your practice.
In this multi-week Class Series you will:
Flow through foundational yoga poses to improve your

Release & Relax Yoga
Release & Relax Yoga is designed to calm your nervous system & release muscle tension. This class has a combination of seated and lying down poses only (no standing).
Each 30 minute zoom yoga night includes:
gentle joint movements,
floor based gentle stretching with supportive prop options,
breathing (pranayama) exercises
mindfulness moments

Arm Balance Yoga & Conditioning
Arm Balance Yoga and Conditioning is a 30 minute Zoom class that focuses on building strength & mobility in your wrists, arms, shoulders and core.
You do not have to be able to do arm balances to do this class! This where you learn how to arm balances from the beginning.
The weekly format will be 20 minutes of conditioning exercises and 10 minutes of working on arm balances.

Beginner Yoga Workshop
Are you a total beginner at Yoga?
Are you unsure what to wear to class?
Are you scared that you are not fit, bendy or spiritual enough for yoga?
This workshop is designed to help you discover which style of yoga class fits your needs & to make you comfortable enough to join a regular weekly class!
Workshop Includes:
Learn foundational poses for Strength & Stretch Yoga and Release & Relax Yoga (Asana Practice)
One beginner breath work exercises (Pranayama Practice)
One 5 minute mindfulness meditation
Question & Answer Circle
You will leave the workshop feeling sweaty, stretched, relaxed and confident enough to join a regular weekly yoga class!
