Strengthen & Stretch Yoga invites you to become stronger, bendier & mindful in your daily life!

This class is taught at a slow pace with weekly repetition of skills.

In this multi-week class series you will:

  • Improve your strength & flexibility

  • Learn beginner yoga & mobility skills

Pre-Requisite:
Able to get up & down off the ground on own

Strengthen & Stretch Yoga (Level 2)

Level 2 S&S Yoga invites you to deepen your yoga journey. Add new skills such as arm balances, deeper backbends, splits & inversions into your practice.

In this Class Series you will:

  • Flow and connect your yoga posed

  • Learn intermediate yoga poses:
    arm balances, splits, backbends & inversions

  • Develop your mindfulness skills

Pre-Requisites:
Prior yoga experience and a desire to increase your physical practice

Release & Relax Yoga

Release & Relax Yoga is designed to calm your nervous system & release muscle tension. This class has a combination of seated and lying down poses only (no standing).

Each 30 minute zoom yoga night includes:

  • gentle joint movements,

  • floor based gentle stretching with supportive prop options,

  • breathing (pranayama) exercises

  • mindfulness moments

ZOOM
Arm Balance Yoga & Conditioning

Arm Balance Yoga and Conditioning is a 30 minute Zoom class focusing on building strength & mobility for flying on your hands!

You do not have to be able to do arm balances to do this class! This where you learn how to arm balances from the beginning.

The weekly format will be 20 minutes of conditioning exercises and 10 minutes of working on arm balances.

Beginner Yoga Workshop

Are you a total beginner at Yoga?

Are you scared that you are not fit, bendy or spiritual enough for yoga?

This workshop is designed to help you discover which style of yoga class fits your needs & to make you comfortable enough to join a regular weekly class.

Workshop Includes:

  • Beginner yoga poses

  • Beginner breath work exercises

  • 5 minute mindfulness meditation

  • Question & Answer Circle

You will leave the workshop feeling sweaty, stretched, relaxed and confident enough to join a regular weekly yoga class!
